Slow food organisations in Hungary organised a Science Cafe where anyone could meet with the movement's Hungarian representatives while tasting their special meal and joining in their cooking. The program included a taste education science cafe event as part of the weekend festival (3-4 September 2011) program presenting famous Hungarian wine-producing areas and wine routes. Festival programs also included spitzer academy, must market, do-it-yourself wickerbottles. In the Slow Food yard special dishes were cooked using Gundel recipes followed by taste education program.
